Apomecyna (Apomecyna) scalaris biseriata Breuning, 1938 is the full name of the group-subspecies in the taxonomic classification system.
The group is a subdivision of Apomecyna scalaris, species combined with the Apomecyna genus ranked in the Apomecynini tribe of Lamiinae.
