Cymatura holonigra holonigra Breuning, 1954 is the full name of the group-subspecies in the taxonomic classification system.

The group is the nominal subdivision of Cymatura holonigra, species combined with the Cymatura genus ranked in the Xylorhizini tribe of Lamiinae.
