Thysia wallichii tonkinensis (Kriesche, 1924) is the full name of the group-subspecies in the taxonomic classification system.
The group is a subdivision of Thysia wallichii, species combined with the Thysia genus ranked in the Ceroplesina tribe of Lamiinae.
